About the role
As a Patient Services Representative at Harbor Care in Nashua, NH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families. - Greet patients and their families warmly and professionally

- Schedule appointments and communicate with healthcare providers as needed
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and communications
- Handle patient complaints and concerns in a courteous and professional manner
- Adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by Harbor Care
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and processes is beneficial
