UPMC Vision Institute is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Patient Services Representative to support the team at UPMC Vision Institute St. Margaret, located at 100 Delafield Road, Suite 201, Medical Arts Building, Pittsburgh, PA 15215. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing appointment scheduling, patient registration, insurance verification, and other front office responsibilities in a fast‑paced ophthalmology practice. The position offers a rotating Monday‑through‑Friday daylight schedule, alternating weekly between 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and 8:00 a.m. until the last patient is seen, with weekends and holidays off. The role also includes approximately 20% travel to other UPMC Vision Institute locations as needed
