Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Patient Services Rep in Broken Arrow, OK. Utica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advanced practice providers representing over 25 specialties across 80 plus clinics in Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, insurance verification, registration, payment collection, data entry, and referrals
• Ensuring patient flow, medical record availability and completeness
• Scheduling physician/provider appointments and maintaining physician appointment schedules
• Receiving and greeting patients and visitors, ascertaining their needs and assisting them in a timely and courteous manner
• Answering telephone promptly in a customer‑friendly manner
• Collecting and verifying accurate patient information and entering it into the registration system
• Receiving payment for services and correctly completing charge slips for data entry
• Being a team player by performing all duties as required or assigned to provide quality patient care
• Upholding the policies and procedures of Hillcrest Healthcare System

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
