About the role
Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time PATIENT SERVICES LEAD position at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington, KY. The role is open immediately and accepts online applications only. The schedule is full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday with occasional weekends.
Responsibilities
- Oversee systems and processes to ensure the Patient Dining Program meets strategic and operational goals.
- Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure they provide adequate training and staffing for service.
- Work with caregivers and culinary teams to accommodate dietary needs and preferences.
- Communicate patient needs to appropriate personnel and assist dietitians as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and follow HACCP guidelines.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Conduct daily associate meetings using Morrison’s GR8 Start Meeting guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate and read safety rules, manuals, and operation instructions.
- Aptitude for operating hospital ADT systems and other computer-based patient care record systems.
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds and maneuver food delivery carts.

Pay
$23.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour.
Schedule
Full time schedule; 8 hour shifts. Monday through Friday, hours may vary; one weekend a month included.

Qualifications
- Ability to communicate and read documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and operation and maintenance instructions.
- Aptitude for effectively operating hospital’s admission, discharge and transfer (ADT) system, and other computer-based systems, which manage patient care records.
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds and maneuver food delivery carts.
