Patient Services Lead

Morrison Healthcare is hiring for full-time Patient Services Lead positions at Piedmont Augusta - 1350 Walton Way, Augusta, GA 30901. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule is Full time, Sunday through Saturday, 6:30 am to 7:00 pm. More details will be provided during the interview.

• Previous customer service and patient dining experience required.
• Pay Range: $16.50 per hour to $18.50 per hour.

About the Role

Morrison Healthcare supports leading health systems with culinary, nutritional, and operational expertise. As a Patient Services Lead, you'll oversee the Patient Dining Program, train associates, and ensure patient needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Oversee systems and processes to ensure strategic and operational objectives are met.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure proper staffing and service.
• Work with caregivers and culinary team to accommodate dietary needs.
• Communicate patient needs to appropriate personnel.
• Assist dietitians in managing patients with special dietary requirements.
• Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA policies.
• Comply with HACCP guidelines and health/sanitation regulations.
• Complete daily, weekly, or monthly reports.
• Conduct daily associate team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate and read documents.
• Aptitude for operating hospital ADT system and other computer-based systems.
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.
