About The Role The Patient Services Data Analyst supports nursing and patient services leadership through data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring that drive operational excellence and informed decision-making. This role partners closely with the nursing leadership to provide analytic support for strategic initiatives, care model transformations, and nursing workflow integration across the health system. Your Role Within The Team Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvement initiativesDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for nursing and patient services leadersSupport system-wide projects, care model transformations, and operational initiatives through data-driven insightsSource, validate, and organize data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and integrityMonitor quality, operational, and regulatory performance measuresCollaborate with nursing, operational, and technical teams to support workflow integration and process improvementPresent findings and recommendations that support leadership decision-makingManage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work within established deadlines Qualifications Required : Associate degree in a related field and four (4) years of data analysis experience; ORBachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) years of data analysis experienceStrong data analysis and reporting experienceAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsMust live or be willing to relocate to the state of FL Preferred : Healthcare experienceFamiliarity with CMS guidelines, quality measures, and healthcare reportingExperience working with healthcare data systems and technology platformsExperience supporting operational, clinical, or nursing initiatives Location: Tampa, FL Status Full-Time Shift 8:00am-4:30pm Weekend Work No On Call No How often will this team member be working remotely?
