We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We must extract sections: About the role? The posting begins with "Become a part of our caring community The Patient Services Coordinator is directly responsible..." So we need to create sections: maybe "About the role" (or "Responsibilities") etc. The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We must include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We need to preserve all substantive information, remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. We need to include sections: maybe "About the role" (summary), "Responsibilities" (list of duties), "Requirements" (experience/skills), "Qualifications" maybe not separate if same as requirements? Could combine. "Skills" maybe separate? The posting includes "Required Experience/Skills" bullet list: communication skills, organizational skills, etc. Also "Must have at least 1 year of home health experience. Prior packet review / QI experience preferred. Coding certification is preferred." That's requirements. Also "Scheduled Weekly Hours 40" -> schedule. "Pay Range" -> pay. "Description Of Benefits" -> benefits. "About Us" -> maybe "About the company" but not in list of allowed headings; we could put under "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is about company; we could include as a separate section maybe "About the company" but not in allowed list. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map content accordingly. Thus: - About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph describing role: "Become a part of our caring community The Patient Services Coordinator is directly responsible for scheduling visits and communicating with field staff, patients, physicians, etc. to maintain proper care coordination and continuity of care. The role also assists with day-to-day office and staff management". That's about role. - Responsibilities: list of duties (the long list). We'll put each as
  • . - Requirements: maybe "Must have at least 1 year of home health experience. Prior packet review / QI experience preferred. Coding certification is preferred." Also maybe "Must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to interact well with a diverse group of individuals, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments." That's skills/experience. - Skills: maybe separate list of skills: communication, interaction, organizational, prioritize multiple assignments. But we already have that in requirements; but we can separate if needed. However we should avoid duplication. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep both the skill list and experience requirements. Could put them under "Requirements" and "Skills" separately, but that would duplicate content? Actually the skill list is part of "Required Experience/Skills". So we could treat that as Skills section, and the experience (1 year home health, packet review/QI, coding certification) as Requirements. That seems logical. Thus: Skills: excellent communication skills, ability to interact well with diverse group, strong organizational skills, ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments. Requirements: at least 1 year home health experience; prior packet review/QI experience preferred; coding certification preferred. Qualifications: maybe not needed; we could omit if no distinct content. Benefits: description of benefits. Pay: $40,000 - $52,300 per year. Schedule: Scheduled Weekly Hours 40. We also have "About Us" content about CenterWell Home Health and CenterWell, Humana. That's substantive but not fitting allowed headings. Could we put under "About the role"? Might be okay to add an "About the company" but not allowed. However we could incorporate into "About the role" as additional context? The instruction: Use headings only from list; we can also have other headings? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests using those. Safer to stick to those. Could we put the About Us content under a paragraph without heading? Possibly just include as a

after the sections, but we need to preserve all substantive information. Could add a section "About the company" but not in list; risk of being considered not following instruction. Better to incorporate into existing sections: maybe add a paragraph after Benefits about company info, but no heading. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't say you cannot have other headings, but it's implied to use those for sections. It's safer to not add extra headings. We can just include the About Us content as a

after the sections, maybe under a generic heading? But we need to follow the rule: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should avoid adding unnecessary ones. I'd include the About Us as a

without heading after the sections, as it's still substantive. Now we need to remove boilerplate: EEO statement, etc. Remove that. Also remove duplicated lines: there may be duplicates like "Ensures staff are scheduled for skilled nurse/injection visits unless an aide supervisory visit is scheduled in conjunction with the injection visit." appears once; fine. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
