About the role
The Patient Services Coordinator supervises patient services and sanitation areas, coordinating activities to ensure patient meals are prepared according to dietary needs and allergies while adhering to a 45-minute delivery time. Under the leadership of the operations manager and supervisors, this role assists or conducts audits to ensure compliance with all regulatory policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Supervise patient services and sanitation staff.
- Coordinate activities to ensure timely preparation and delivery of patient meals according to dietary restrictions and allergies.
- Conduct or assist with audits to ensure compliance with regulatory policies and procedures.
- Use good judgment and reliability to anticipate and solve problems.
- Work effectively under pressure to meet established goals and objectives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum two years of operations experience at the managerial/supervisory level.
- Hospitality and service orientation.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, and general knowledge of computers and programs, including the Internet.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle details and work effectively under pressure.
Pay
$23.00–$33.00 per hour.
