Patient Services Coordinator
About the role
As a Patient Services Coordinator on the team, you will perform administrative and clerical functions in a clinic that serves adults with substance use, mental health, and co-occurring medical conditions. The PSC will serve as a member of the front desk administrative team that checks in patients, collects co-pays, handles medical records, and processes patient paperwork and data. As the face of the organization at check-in and check-out, the PSC provides excellent customer service to all patients and families visiting the clinic.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with mental health population preferred
- Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation for work-related travel

Pay
Competitive pay: $14–16/hr based on experience for this full-time position.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
