The Patient Service Specialist role ensures patient scheduling and referral needs are met while assisting in the general administrative and patient service needs of the practice.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Six months of medical office experience required.

Pay

• Pay range: $20.27 – $24.36 per hour (full‑time equivalent)
• Sign‑on bonus: $3,000 (prorated for part‑time positions; not available for per‑diem or current MaineHealth employees; former employees ineligible until >6 months separation)
• Compensation for part‑time positions is prorated based on scheduled hours and applicable FTE.
