Responsibilities
- Check in patients for appointments
- Collect patient co-pays
- Answer telephones and take accurate messages
- Schedule appointments
- Verify and update patient and insurance information
- Use EPIC to update required information
- Communicate with patients and families
- Provide superior customer service
- Utilize independent decision-making skills
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Electronic health record (EHR) experience a plus
- Medical terminology preferred
- Experience with process improvement or lean philosophy preferred

Pay
The salary range for this position is $XX.XX - $XXX.XX per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This Full-Time position will have a schedule of 5, 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday (staggered scheduling). The position supports a total of 8 providers, including Family Medicine and Pediatrics. The clinic is located at 3217 W Bavaria St, Eagle, ID 83616.
