Patient Service Representative Part Time
About the Role
We're seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to support a busy healthcare office. This role is responsible for patient check-in/check-out, scheduling appointments, insurance verification, data entry, and general front office support.
Qualifications
- Customer service or administrative experience required
- Insurance verification experience preferred
- Healthcare, medical, or dental office experience a plus
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Schedule
Mondays & Wednesdays (Afternoon/Evening Hours)
Pay
$18-$20/hour DOE
Job Details
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coppell, TX. The position is fully onsite and is anticipated to close on September 28, 2026.
