Patient Service Representative - Family Practice

Responsibilities

• Greet customers
• Provide information
• Communicate with other departments
• Handle appointment scheduling

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service
• Six (6) months experience in a health care setting and office equipment preferred
• Current BLS certificate, preferred
