The practice offers comprehensive services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, MRI, and digital X-ray. Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors courteously.
- Manage the waiting area and coordinate patient flow.
- Address any issues that arise.
- Verify and update demographic and insurance information.
- Scan and organize patient documents and insurance cards.
- Schedule follow-up appointments during check-out.
- Calculate and collect patient responsibility, including prior balances.
- Prepare and verify daily deposits accurately.
- Confirm upcoming appointments with patients.
