Schedule
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week
- Hours can vary from 7:30 AM–5:30 PM Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Friday
- Rotating Saturdays from 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST (approximately 3–4 weeks)
Position is remote; work-from-home criteria must be met. Requires high-speed internet and a quiet, private workspace.
Pay
$16.00 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls daily
- Present offers to patients and overcome objections to schedule appointments
- Schedule a high volume of appointments efficiently
- Use product knowledge to highlight solutions offered by our practices
- Utilize company databases and software to track progress
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and take ownership of patient concerns and solutions
- Collaborate with practice teams to resolve patient issues in a timely manner
- Manage sensitive and critical information in compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations
- Collect missing or update outdated patient information
- Consistently meet and exceed department key performance indicators
- Work all scheduled shifts, report on time, and participate in company contests and incentives
- Take on other special projects or responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience providing superior customer service
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred
- Strong computer skills: 45+ WPM, ability to multitask using multiple software programs while maintaining conversations
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Private workspace at home
