Responsibilities

• Interview, register, admit, update and create patients' medical records
• Process professional and technical fees accurately and promptly
• Handle cash transactions and collections
• Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare professionals
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of clerical support experience in a healthcare setting
• Basic computer skills

Qualifications

• Sensitive and helpful interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare

Skills

• Knowledge of basic medical terminology
• Experience with EPIC (if applicable)
