Patient Service Center Coordinator II

Job Overview

The Coordinator II, Patient Service Center, assists with monitoring SharePoint for clinic updates, communicates changes, and assists with reporting. They evaluate patient service center flow, monitor patient wait times, and other key call center metrics. They serve as a resource to all staff regarding call center operations and train new hires. They serve as a liaison between medical/dental clinics and the call center and answer all incoming telephone calls for all the medical/dental offices. Additionally, they schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments, support the screening and transferring of phone calls, answer patient questions, handle appointment confirmations, and perform patient registration.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a call center environment, required

Compensation

$25.00 - $30.44 hourly
