Patient Scheduling Representative - Float

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients’ medical appointments.
• Create and maintain patient records.
• Manage visit prior authorization and referral requirements.

Qualifications

• No minimum education required; High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
• Preferred: 6 months previous experience in an office or customer‑service environment.
• Required: Previous experience working in healthcare.
• Preferred: Experience scheduling patients.
• Preferred: Experience answering phones and greeting clients or customers in person.

Pay

Starting at $19.59 per hour; relevant work experience will be considered when determining the base pay.

Schedule

Full‑time, 100% FTE, day shift. Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. No weekend rotation required; hours may vary based on operational needs of the clinic.
