What You'll Do

  • Coordinates and schedules patient medical services and referrals with external healthcare providers.
  • Manages schedule changes and cancellations, ensuring proper approval is obtained.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date provider contact information.
  • Safeguards appointment details, special instructions, and patient information within the electronic medical system.
  • Adheres to site-specific protocols and maintains up-to-date documentation for compliance.

Education

  • A high school diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience is required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
