Responsibilities
- Ensures a positive first impression for patients and referents by guiding them through the scheduling process with professionalism and empathy.
- Exclusively conducts all patient interactions through incoming and outgoing phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner, providing accurate information or triaging as appropriate.
- Handles patient inquiries by providing basic education on services, and scheduling appointments.
- Handles patient concerns and crises with empathy and patience and collaborates with site leadership to resolve as needed.
- Collaborates with clinical staff regarding patient care issues and scheduling.
- Maintains awareness in trends, patterns, and needs for new services.
- Attends mandatory meetings and trainings.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in health care facilities and an interest in behavioral health preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Occasionally lifting and moving office supplies which can include reams of paper that weigh up to 50lbs.

Pay
This is a non-exempt position. Total earnings for this position will start at $16.50 hourly. Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Estimates are factored on a 1.0 FTE. Employees in these positions are W2.
Schedule
Monday through Thursday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
