About the role

As a ClaimAid Patient Resource Advocate, you will serve as an expert who is able to support individuals and families by determining eligibility and enrolling them in subsidized health care coverage. ClaimAid has a thorough training program to prepare Advocates to obtain their Indiana Navigator license, which is a requirement of the position.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert to support individuals and families by determining eligibility and enrolling them in subsidized health care coverage
• Obtain and maintain the Indiana Navigator License
• Participate in a thorough training program

Qualifications

• Required: Must possess or be willing & able to obtain the Indiana Navigator License
• Required: Administrative work experience and organizational expertise
• Valued: Customer service experience and the ability to maintain a professional, positive demeanor
• Valued: Problem solving and analytical skills
• Valued: Experience following HIPAA regulations
