About the role

As a ClaimAid Patient Resource Advocate, you will serve as an expert who supports individuals and families by determining eligibility and enrolling them in subsidized health care coverage.

Responsibilities

• Determine eligibility and enroll individuals and families in subsidized health care coverage
• Provide guidance and support to individuals and families regarding health care options
• Obtain and maintain the Indiana Navigator License
• Participate in a thorough training program provided by ClaimAid

Qualifications

• Must possess or be willing & able to obtain the Indiana Navigator License
• Administrative work experience and organizational expertise
• Customer service experience and the ability to maintain a professional, positive demeanor
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience following HIPAA regulations
