Pay

Hourly Wage Estimate: $15.86 – $22.99 per hour. This estimate represents the typical wage range for candidates hired; actual salary may vary based on skills, experience, and comparison to other employees.

Schedule

CareNow Urgent Care Clinic hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8 am – 9 pm
• Saturday: 8 am – 8 pm
• Sunday: 8 am – 5 pm

Flexibility to work during these hours is required.

Responsibilities

• Check‑in patients in a timely manner, following all Web Check‑in procedures.
• Answer phone calls to the clinic, provide information, or refer questions as needed.
• Verify insurance promptly and accurately.
• Ensure the occupational client’s preference card and procedures are followed.
• Review patient paperwork for completeness and collect necessary insurance and demographic information.
• Complete the Daily Balance Checklist after each shift, ensuring all forms of payment are accounted for and documented.

Requirements

• 1 year of clinical experience in a patient‑care setting (preferred).
• Obtain BLS certification within 30 days of start (required).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work with multiple computer programs.
