Patient Representative

About the role

This position is incentive eligible. As a Patient Representative, you will provide expertise and champion patient care within our healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Check-in patients in a timely manner
• Ensure all Web Check-in procedures are followed
• Answer phone calls to the clinic and provide information or refer questions as needed
• Verify insurance timely and accurately
• Ensure the occupational client’s preference card is followed and occupational procedures are reviewed
• Review all patient paperwork to ensure completeness and collect necessary insurance/demographic information
• Complete Daily Balance Checklist after each shift, accounting for and documenting all forms of payment

Requirements

• 1 year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is preferred
• Obtain BLS certification within 30 days of start (required)
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work with multiple computer programs
