Patient Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Care Representative who can provide expertise and champion patient care. This role involves:

• Checking-in patients in a timely manner
• Answering phone calls and providing information
• Verifying insurance and ensuring accurate documentation
• Ensuring occupational client preferences are followed
• Completing a Daily Balance Checklist

Qualifications

• 1 year of clinical experience in a patient care setting preferred
• Obtain BLS certification within 30 days of start required
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work with multiple computer programs
