About the Role

Responsible for the accurate collection and input of computer data as it relates to the revenue cycle. Focus on improving customer satisfaction while maintaining a minimum standard of productivity that meets both performance and quality standards. Perform multiple jobs, assist with training new employees, and support the implementation of new processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of related experience, or an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in the healthcare field
• Customer service skills
• Computer skills
