About the role

Responsible for the accurate collection and input of computer data as it relates to revenue cycle. Responsible for improved customer satisfaction. Responsible for maintaining a minimum standard of productivity that meets both performance and quality standards while performing multiple jobs. Assist with training new employees or with implementing new processes.

Schedule

PRN (as needed) – no set hours. Available shifts include Days, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year related experience, or Associates or Bachelor degree in the health care field
• Customer service skills
• Computer skills

This position is authorized for 0.01 hours bi-weekly.
