Patient Registration (Admission Financial Rep) - Flex

About the role

As a key member of the healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive care to patients in a variety of settings. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessments, treatments, and interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• At least one year of relevant nursing experience.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota.
• Experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred.

• Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with some evening and weekend shifts as needed.
