Schedule
- Night Shift, 7p-7a
- Full-time, 36 hours weekly
- Rotating weekends

Responsibilities
- Provide observation and surveillance of assigned patients
- Monitor patients by use of video monitors
- Communicate and/or instruct patients by use of 2-way audio device
- Notify clinical staff of any changes in patient condition and/or safety risk level
- Complete documentation of observations of patient activities, patient behaviors, and other safety & comfort related issues
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
- Preferred Credential(s): BLS Provider (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable
Skills
- Previous experience as a CNA, PCT, HHA, or CMA (preferred)
- Strong administrative, computer, and customer service skills
