Schedule

• Monday–Friday with flexible options and a weekend rotation
• Hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch

Pay

$20.00–$27.00 per hour, based on years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Admissions Department and Marketing staff to manage patient family information and sign-on visits.
• Communicate appropriately with providers, attending physicians, other hospice staff, and agencies to ensure excellent provider relations.
• Help patients and families understand, accept, and follow medical recommendations.
• Provide services planned to assist patients and families in achieving optimum social, spiritual, and healthcare adjustments within their capacity.
• Partner with staff on in-services and education related to advanced care planning.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information per HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher preferred
• Three to five years of professional sales experience preferred
