Patient Facilitator

Job Objective Responsible for the coordination of the Eisenhower Primary Care Concierge (EPCC) and/or Eisenhower Primary Care 365 (E365) membership applications including but not limited to: entry of patient information into appropriate systems collection of member fees, excellent customer service, sales of the EPCC/E365 program, tracking of membership payments and assisting with membership renewals.
