Roseman Medical Group is seeking a Patient Experience Specialist who is passionate about customer service, healthcare, and creating a welcoming environment for every patient who walks through our doors. As the hub of our clinic operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive seamless, compassionate, and efficient care from their first phone call through their final visit. What You'll Do Welcome and assist patients in person and by phone Coordinate appointments, check-in/check-out, and patient communications Verify insurance eligibility and process authorizations Assist patients with billing questions and financial arrangements Process payments and maintain accurate records Support medical records requests and patient portal access Partner with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent At least one year of medical office or healthcare-related experience Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Experience with EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred Why Roseman Medical Group?
