Patient Experience Consultant

About the role

The Patient Experience Consultant supports Patient Experience for Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center and Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Williamsburg, VA and Hampton, VA. This is a shared position requiring flexibility to work at both locations.

Responsibilities

• Champion and manage continual patient experience programming
• Manage daily operations of healthcare service lines
• Model and lead professional practices consistent with Sentara Health’s goals of safety, customer satisfaction, and quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Required)
• Three (3) years of previous experience in Project Management, Customer Relations, and Healthcare (Required)

Pay

• Annual discretionary bonus based on established system and employee eligibility criteria

• Monday - Friday: 8am to 4:30pm
• No weekends, No holidays
