Patient Experience Concierge
Responsibilities
- Connects patients/families with accurate information
- Maintain relationships with supporting departments
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and positive interpersonal skills
- Acknowledge, greet, and assist visitors
- Represent the hospital positively, interact courteously and helpfully with patients, families, guests, and hospital staff
- Serve as a liaison between patient, family, and clinical staff
- Seek satisfactory and expedited solutions to complaints, problems, or special needs
- Coordinate patient and guest services for the reception area
Requirements
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
- Computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel
- Previous experience in customer service required
- Flexibility in work schedule
- Strong verbal communication skills and strong follow-through skills
