Patient Enrollment Specialist
About the role
Part‑time, flexible‑schedule position as a Patient Enrollment Specialist with Vironix Health. You will work at participating healthcare clinics across the country, meeting with patients who may benefit from the Remote Patient Monitoring program, explaining the program, demonstrating equipment, answering questions, and assisting with enrollment. No clinical license or healthcare certification is required; healthcare experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Meet with eligible patients at participating healthcare clinics
- Explain Vironix's Remote Patient Monitoring program in a clear, easy‑to‑understand way
- Demonstrate how to use the monitoring equipment
- Answer patient questions and help them feel comfortable with the technology
- Assist patients with the enrollment process
- Make sure patients understand what to expect once they're enrolled
- Communicate with the Vironix team regarding patient enrollment and program activity
Requirements
- Comfortable talking with and helping people
- Dependable and professional
- Patient, personable, and good at explaining things
- Comfortable using basic technology
- Able to work independently once trained
- Available to work part‑time at participating clinics
- Healthcare experience is a plus (not required)
