Responsibilities

• Connect patients to new treatment opportunities in our clinical trials
• Manage inbound patient, client, and other stakeholder calls with professionalism and care
• Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Learn about different studies, diseases, medicines, and patient needs so you can support informed and compassionate conversations
• Collaborate closely with clinical teams and leaders to solve problems and improve outcomes

Requirements

• 1+ year of professional experience in a customer-facing or administrative role (relevant internship, volunteer, or extracurricular experience counts)
• A polished, people-oriented communication style

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume inbound calls (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in public health, biology, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in administration, healthcare, sales, or customer service (preferred)

Job Details

Full-time, 40+ hours. On-site in New Orleans, LA.

Pay

$15.00 to $17.00 per hour
