Responsibilities
- Connect patients to new treatment opportunities in our clinical trials
- Manage inbound patient, client, and other stakeholder calls with professionalism and care
- Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Learn about different studies, diseases, medicines, and patient needs so you can support informed and compassionate conversations
- Collaborate closely with clinical teams and leaders to solve problems and improve outcomes
Requirements
- 1+ year of professional experience in a customer-facing or administrative role (relevant internship, volunteer, or extracurricular experience counts)
- A polished, people-oriented communication style
Qualifications
- Experience with high-volume inbound calls (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in public health, biology, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in administration, healthcare, sales, or customer service (preferred)

Job Details
Full-time, 40+ hours. On-site in New Orleans, LA.
Pay
$15.00 to $17.00 per hour
