About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Primary Care Call Center Representative to work on-site in our Bastrop clinic. This role supports patients and providers by managing high-volume inbound calls and completing essential clinical support tasks. A strong healthcare background is required.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling appointments for primary care patients
- Providing test results to patients
- Processing medication refill requests
- Taking and routing provider messages
- Managing high-volume inbound calls (125–130 calls/day)
- Delivering excellent customer service and clear communication
- Documenting patient interactions accurately
Requirements
- High-volume call center experience (required)
- Healthcare call center experience (required)
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and primary care workflows
- Medical Assistant experience is a plus
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
- Must have a medical/healthcare background to apply
- Reliable, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
