South River Rehab & Performance, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Patient Coordinator / Rehab Aide to join our outpatient team in Staunton, Virginia. Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient questions
- Support daily front-office operations and administrative tasks
- Assist therapists with clinic support duties and patient flow
- Prepare and maintain clean, organized treatment areas
- Help create a positive and efficient experience for every patient visit
- Collaborate with therapists and staff to support outstanding patient care
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
- Healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay
Competitive Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Opportunity for additional PRN coverage hours
Schedule
Part-time: Monday through Thursday, approximately 3:00 PM - 6:15 PM
