About the role
Serve as the first point of contact at an outpatient diagnostic imaging facility, ensuring a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors
- Check-in patients
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Collect payments
- Perform front desk duties
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2+ years of customer support or hospitality experience
- Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a medical or physician practice
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with patient collections and medical records
- Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
