Patient Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming phone calls, scheduling-related tasks and online leads in a timely and knowledgeable manner.
- Create a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance quality of service and care offered to patients and respective providers.
- Anticipate provider’s next steps and perform inventory responsibilities and stocking of supplies and equipment as requested.
Qualifications
- Healthcare experience required.
- Medical Receptionist experience preferred.
- Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred.
- Computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent patient relation and customer services skills.
- Professional, reliable, and dedicated employee.
- Prior experience working in a dermatology / medical environment preferred.
- Open availability to work during weekdays and weekends.

Schedule
Full time, 30+ hours. Availability Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays within operating hours of 7am-7pm. Open Flexibility to help cover in a team environment is needed.
Pay
Hourly Pay Range: $17-21
