Job Summary
You will be a vital member of our healthcare team, dedicated to optimizing patient safety and well-being. You will assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and requests, monitor patients' condition, and ensure their dignity and safety.
Responsibilities
- Maintain continuous oversight of assigned patients.
- Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and requests.
- Diligently monitor patients' physical and emotional condition.
- Respond calmly and efficiently to situations involving patients who might be emotional, panicked, stressed, or in pain.
- Maintain patient safety for patients at risk for self-harm, falls, or keeping medical tubes and lines intact.
- Contact nursing staff immediately if there are concerns about the patient's condition.
- Ensure coverage of duties during breaks or lunch.
- Provide comfort measures such as blankets, pillows, and positioning.
- Prepare patients for meals and offer fluids as appropriate, verifying with nursing staff.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or High School GED upon hire.
- Basic Life Support - CPR within 14 days.

Pay Range
$15.00 - $20.12 /hour
