About the role
We are seeking a Full-time, hourly position with benefits for a Physical Therapist Technician.
Responsibilities
- Aid physical therapists with patient care under direct supervision
- Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and supplies for patient sessions
- Guide patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic and equipment
- Monitor patients during exercises and report progress or concerns to the therapist
- Assist with patient flow, including escorting and positioning patients
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and answering phones
- Absorb and report on patient progress
- Absorb and report on patient concerns
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all patients

Physical Demands
- Walks, sits, stands, bends, lifts and moves continually during working hours
- Subject to lifting objects weighing over 50 pounds, pushing wheelchairs, and transporting and supporting residents
- Must be constantly alert for patient safety
Expected Hours of Work
Typically Monday through Thursday 7:50 to 5:00 and Friday 6:50 to 1:30 pm. These times may vary depending upon patient schedule.
