About the Role

Support a fast-paced Labor & Delivery team by providing compassionate, patient-centered care and assisting nurses in delivering high-quality services.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with registered nurses to develop and implement care plans
  • Support patient safety through interventions and protective measures
  • Communicate patient status promptly
  • Assist with clinical and operational activities
  • Maintain clinical competencies and ensure safety for at-risk patients

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication in English
  • Ability to work independently following instructions
  • Demonstrates teamwork, positive attitude, respect, and customer service focus
  • Physical ability to exert moderate force and move around during shifts
