Support a fast-paced Labor & Delivery team by providing compassionate, patient-centered care and assisting nurses in delivering high-quality services.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with registered nurses to develop and implement care plans
- Support patient safety through interventions and protective measures
- Communicate patient status promptly
- Assist with clinical and operational activities
- Maintain clinical competencies and ensure safety for at-risk patients
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication in English
- Ability to work independently following instructions
- Demonstrates teamwork, positive attitude, respect, and customer service focus
- Physical ability to exert moderate force and move around during shifts
