Patient Care Technician PD

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in training patients and caregivers on PD procedures
• Support the clinical team with patient monitoring, documentation, and equipment preparation
• Conduct home supply inventory and assist with delivery arrangements
• Maintain vigilance over vital signs and collect lab specimens as necessary
• Ensure equipment compliance with safety protocols
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, and social workers

Requirements

• Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• Comfortable handling medical supplies, blood, and needles
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina for long shifts and on-your-feet work
• Healthcare experience (CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy) preferred
