Overview

As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. Job Description

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. Key responsibilities include prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs need a combination of technical skills and genuine passion to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life.

Success Profile

Successful candidates have prior customer service, healthcare, and direct patient care experience. They are expected to have strong management skills and prior direct patient care experience when needed.

Qualifications

• Center for Medicaid/Medicare Services (CMS)-approved state and/or national certification or High school diploma/GED
• All appropriate state licensure, education, and training (if any) required
• Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility preferred
