Position Overview
Join a dedicated Stepdown Unit in Bronx, NY for a 13-week travel assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience caring for medically complex patients in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Patient Care Technician (PCT) hospital experience
- BLS (AHA) certification
- Certified Patient Care Technician (CPCT) via AAH or PCT certification via NHA
- Experience in an acute care setting preferred
- Ability to work every other weekend and participate in the holiday rotation as needed
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
