About the role

The Patient Care Technician (PCT) will be part of the team at PAM Health Hampden's new rehabilitation hospital, which is set to open this summer. This role offers opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Performs various patient care activities and accommodative services under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse.
• Carries out patient care activities within the scope of the position.
• Does not administer medications or therapy.
• Does not independently assume responsibility for patient care.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit preferred.
