About the role

The Patient Care Technician (PCT) will be part of the team at PAM Health Hampden's new rehabilitation hospital, which is set to open this summer. This role offers opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Perform various patient care activities and accommodative services under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse.
• Accomplish patient care activities within the limits of the position.
• Do not administer medications or therapy.
• Do not assume independent responsibility for patient care.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit is preferred.
