About the role
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) at PAM Health is responsible for performing various patient care activities and accommodating services under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse. Duties include assisting patients with daily living activities, maintaining patient records, and ensuring patient comfort.
Responsibilities
- Assists patients with activities of daily living
- Maintains accurate patient records
- Ensures patient comfort and safety
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit
Qualifications

- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, lifting, and pushing
