Patient Care Technician - PCT - Medical Oncology - FT Rotating
Job Summary
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) serves as caregiver to the patient during the scheduled work period. The PCT provides patient-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned patient under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Qualifications
- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of healthcare, anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and medical equipment/supplies preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $24.00
Pay Info: $$$ Sign on bonus available for eligible applicants $$$
Schedule
Shifts Are As Following
Three 12 hour shifts per week
Every other weekend and holiday commitment
Shift times are 7:00am - 7:30pm or 7:00pm - 7:30am
Department Details
Perform clerical work related to scheduling and documenting patient healthcare.
Skills
Strong communication, customer service, multi-tasking, and organizational skills are needed on a daily basis. When necessary for safe provision of care, employee will provide one on one care to patients.
